GUEST HOUSE WITH LICENSED RESTAURANT AND COFFEE SHOP

Our bedrooms are all centrally-heated, double glazed and equipped with colour television and VCR, hairdryer and well-stocked courtesy tray and kettle.

We have three guest rooms, 2 large en-suite front-facing family rooms, with views of Loch Ryan, and a further double room with shared bathroom, overlooking our garden.

Tarrif: En-suite family rooms

£25 per person (based on 2 adults sharing an en-suite room)

Children under 12, sharing room with adults will be charged ½ adult rate

Single Occupancy of an en-suite family room will be £35

Tarrif: Double room with shared bathroom

£20 per person (based on 2 adults sharing)

Single Occupancy of double room will be £30

All prices are per person per night and include full Scottish breakfast (available from 6.30am –10am). Rooms must be vacated by 11am.

Booking: We are happy to accept reservations by telephone or e-mail. A deposit will be required and can be paid by cheque or credit/debit card.

Cancellations: A minimum cancellation period of 24 hours is required. In the event of cancellation without this notice, or guests failing to arrive, the full amount will be payable.
