GUEST HOUSE WITH LICENSED RESTAURANT AND COFFEE SHOP

Our bedrooms are all centrally-heated, double glazed and equipped with colour television and VCR, hairdryer and well-stocked courtesy tray and kettle.

We have three guest rooms, 2 large en-suite front-facing family rooms, with views of Loch Ryan, and a further double room with shared bathroom, overlooking our garden.

Tarrif For 2012: En-suite family rooms

£63 per room including full breakfasts (based on 2 adults sharing)

For room occupancy of more than 2 people, please e-mail us and ask for tarrif details for your required dates and number of adults/childrene

£49 per room for single occupancy, including full breakfast

Tarrif For 2012: Double room with shared bathroom

£49 per room, including full breakfasts (based on 2 adults sharing)

£40 per room for single occupancy, including full breakfast

All prices are per person per night and include full Scottish breakfast (available from 6.30am –10am). Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am.

Booking: We are happy to accept reservations by telephone or e-mail. A deposit will be required and can be paid by credit/debit card.

Cancellations: A minimum cancellation period of 4 days is required. In the event of cancellation without this notice, or guests failing to arrive, the full amount will be payable.
